November Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the November Blog Hop.
Our 9th Grade football games have come to an end for the year.  It was an exciting season with some ups, some downs, but a great finish.  Kegan's team won the 9th Grade B Division Championship.  Skyridge High School continues this week playing for the Utah State High School 5A Championship this Friday.  So it has been a fun successful year for the Falcons.

Lori has products perfect for our school colors and probably there are your school colors as well in one of the many kits on Snap, Click, Supply.

October Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the October Blog Hop.  I hope you have enjoyed all the projects.  I have worked on some Fall crafts and this pillow is one of my creations.

I used 2 of Lori's fonts: Perfect Print (pumpkin spice) and Perfect Type (caramel apples).  They are great versatile fonts to pair with others fonts.  I use them so often.  You can find them at the links listed or also at Lori's Shop here:  Perfect Print, Perfect Type.

These fonts cut great on a cutting machine.

Enjoy the rest of the hop:

Lori Whitlock July Blog Hop

Welcome to the July Blog Hop. I recently went on a Disney Cruise with my family, and we had an amazing time.  I have so many pictures that I want to include about our adventure.  First page I created was featured on Lori's Blog last week. I wanted to try creating a page via my phone.  There are so many apps available to document on the go.  I first added the Echo Park Collection Go, See, Explore Collection designed by Lori to DropBox. I then started my page in the Project Life App. I then opened the page in Over (just the basic version) to add a paper background from the same collection and add some text to the photos.  Last thing I did was open the page in Rhonna Magic to add the Travel Notes PNG element from the Go, See, Explore Collection.

The Result:

It didn't take too long to create, and I am pleased with the page. Now I have to decide how I want to make the rest of the pages. Have a great week, enjoy the hop and document your memories.

Enjoy the hop:

June Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the June Blog Hop.  I hope you are making memories and documenting them as you go.  I'm headed on a fun Disney vacation, and I made some Princess tags for some gifts that I am giving my sisters and niece.  I opened up the Princess tags in Photoshop Elements, added names, then printed them out.
The tags can be found in the Perfect Princess Element Pack #2 designed by Lori.
The font is Lori's Darling Script Font.

I hope you enjoyed all the projects today.  Make sure to get the freebie at Lori's site.

April Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the April Blog Hop.  It's time for Spring and Easter projects.  And Mother's Day will come around the corner, so start thinking of those too. I have really enjoyed the trendy Letterboards that have been popping up every where.  I got a letterboard and a set of white letters for my birthday.  I organized the white letters in a plastic divided box usually used for beads.  It works pretty well.  When Heidi Swapp introduced her Letterboard products, I knew I needed to add her 2" gold letters to my collection.  But how to store them?  Well the alphabet fit in nicely along with the white letters that I already had, but there were too many gold numbers and punctuation to fit in the same container.  I decided to search Lori's files to find something organize them.  And I found the perfect box.  It is the 4x6 Storage Box.  There is a helpful tutorial video at that link as well.  It is here on the Silhouette store.

The boxes were quick to put together and are sized perfectly for the 2" letters.

Enjoy the hop!

March Lori Whitlock Blog Hop--Pi Day

Welcome to the March Blog Hop and Happy Pi Day!  What a fun week of smaller holidays.  Pi Day is today and Friday is St. Patrick's Day!  I always love St. Patrick's Day, so if you need some green inspiration, check out some of my past posts. Today I am sharing some fun Pi Day projects.

First up Lunch Jokes:

I found my Pi jokes here. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. I used Lori's Mod Multicolored Paper; I love this paper! And I used Dreamy Font.

To type Pi on a Windows computer, use ALT 227. π

I also experimented with Text on a Spiral in Silhouette Studio.
I used the Dreamy Font here as well.  And I found 1 million digits of Pi here.

Have a fabulous Pi Day and Enjoy the Hop.
