December Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the Creative team Blog Hop for December.  I made a quick home decor with one of Lori's files and foil.

This file can be found at the Silhouette store or at Lori's Shop.

I printed it out on a laser printer, then foiled with the Minc.  So easy and fun.

Be sure to check out all the fun things that go along with a blog hop:

Also digital products at Snap, Click, Supply are 50% during the month of December.  A great time to get some Lori Whitlock favorites or Echo Park favorites.

Lori Whitlock Blog Hop

Welcome to the November Blog Hop. I hope that you are enjoying all the great projects.  It's time to get Holiday Cards going.  Do you still send Christmas Cards?  I love Christmas Cards, and Lori has several Digital Card Templates that can help get you started.  I used a Template from Card Set 3.  Check out sets 1, 2, and 4 as well.  Since I am using Family Photos that we took in May, I wanted a neutral colored card rather than the traditional red and green (which I also love).  Using a Template and your favorite digital papers, I easily created a custom card to coordinate with our photo.

I used the Template for both the front and back.  I just flipped the Template Horizontally for the back.

Background paper is from Story of Family.
Banner paper is from Christmas Eve.

Today is a great day to start on those Christmas Cards!  So grab a Template while on sale today only:

Lori Whitlock October Blog Hop

Welcome to the October Blog Hop.  Halloween is just around the corner around these parts.  I recently purchased a Heidi Swapp Lightbox, but the Halloween icons were sold out. I found the Halloween phrases, but I wanted some little icons.  Well I figured out how to make some custom inserts.  I used Transparency.  Lori's Cute Spooks collection had just the icons for the project.  I first made the project in Photoshop Elements, then I printed on the transparency paper.  My printer revolted at first.  It did not care for that transparency sheet.  I did a quick search and found a tip on YouTube: tape all four corners to a regular piece of paper.
I used some washi tape at each corner, and that did the trick and tricked my printer. I cut my strips out and slid them into the Lightbox!
And BAM, custom Lightbox complete.

July Blog Hop

Welcome to the July Blog Hop.  I saw school supplies being stocked at the local store last week!  Aack, summer can't already be over can it?  Nope!  We have some weeks left; cherish them. Make memories, then document them in your favorite way.  I went to Park City with my family a few weeks ago.  I have scrapped 3 pages so far.  I decided to use the Happy Summer Collection designed by Lori for Echo Park.

This year, we created a Google Photo Album to share our pictures. It was so great!  We all could easily and quickly share all of our pictures right from our phones.  I highly recommend that App; it's free and awesome.

Pick up some new summer projects during the sale and don't forget the freebie at Lori's blog.
Have a great week!

And that's the end of the Blog Hop.  If you missed anyone, here are the stops:
